Payment methods
The following payment methods are possible:
• On delivery (cash on delivery): payment in cash to the courier when picking up the order or
at the box office of the Personal Pickup Point. In these selected options, the 4Sauna.com shop
reserves the right to additional telephone verification of such orders.
• By bank transfer: a form of payment for customers who prefer to log into an online bank,
visit at a bank or post office. After placing an order, the customer receives by email a bank
account number to which the correct amount should be transferred. Once the payment has
been credited to the 4Sauna.com bank account, the order is transferred for execution. Please be
advised that we do not ship based on the transfer confirmation.
• Online transfer: electronic payment method supported by PayU S.A. - a national
payment institution, based in Poznań, at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, entered into the
register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda
in Poznań, 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the
number KRS 0000274399. The option of paying by online transfer is available for
selected product categories.
• Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard): after placing an order in the shop, you will be
automatically directed to the PayU website for payment. Secure authorization is
carried out by PayU SA, and no data regarding the payment card are transferred to
the shop. Once the payment has been confirmed, the order is forwarded for
execution. In case of unsuccessful authorization, please contact us via the contact
form (below) to change the payment method.
• PayU installments: without signing documents, without transferring the contract to the
courier, without a visit at the bank. The whole process takes place completely online
within a few minutes. The service is available for most product categories on Agito,
and includes purchases of a total value between 300 and 20,000. PLN - detailed
information can be found on the PayU installments page.
For security reasons, each electronic payment transaction is verified by the operator
(the verification period is not dependent on the shop), the order is sent for execution
when the payment is made.
